To help you get into the sales meeting mindset, we’ve put together a few frequently asked questions. 

How do I register?

Your invitation email has your registration link. All meeting attendees will need to register online.

When do registrations close?

Attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible. Registrations will close on Tuesday, December 19th.

Do I need to make hotel reservations?

Hotel reservations will be made for you based on the information in the registration form for the nights of January 23rd and 24th. If you are a speaker and involved in dry runs on January 22nd, accommodation will also be arranged for that evening.

If you need to anticipate or extend your stay, we kindly ask that you contact the agency at and make a separate reservation.

Can I bring a guest?

The 2018 Sales Meeting is considered a business meeting and we have not made plans to include spouses nor guests. Only registered attendees are permitted to attend meeting functions including receptions and meals.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Unless you are a speaker, you should plan to arrive at the hotel on January 23rd no later than 12.00. Speakers are required to dry run their presentations and may arrive on Monday, January 22nd (the previous day). As the event will end on Thursday, January 25th, please make arrangements to depart from the hotel after 15:00.

Is ground transportation provided?

Shuttle transfer transportation from the airport & train station to the hotel will be arranged by the Event staff based on the arrival and departure information you provide in the registration form. Please check the website and the Sales Meeting app to see your assigned schedule.

How do I get an invitation letter to attend the meeting?

Those who need an invitation letter need to flag it by ticking the appropriate box on the registration form. Please be aware that you must also send your request to, along with a copy of your passport.

Do I need a credit card to check-in to the hotel?

Yes, as is the normal operating procedure at any hotel, a credit card is required for check-in. The hotel accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

What is pre-hotel registration?

This is a standard hotel policy. Payment will only be issued on your credit card if you use extra hotel services (i.e. mini bar, cleaning services, etc).

Do I need a badge to attend social functions like meals and receptions?

Badges are required for all meeting functions including receptions and meals – with the sole exception of the gala dinner on the evening of Wednesday, January 24th. Badges can be picked up at the meeting registration desk at the hotel.

Is Internet service provided?

Complimentary Internet service is provided in all guest rooms and in the meeting rooms.

What if I need to cancel?

Please contact  as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration.

Where can I find the event schedule/agenda?

The agenda will be shared closer to the event date in the "Agenda" section of the website and via the Sales Meeting app.

Can I get someone added to the invitee list?

It should not be needed: the invitee list has been pre-approved by the management team. In case you find any mistakes, please contact

What meals will be provided?

All meals and coffee breaks will be arranged for you for the duration of the event.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Dietary restrictions should be indicated at the time of registration. Please make sure you provide specifics when you register.

What is the attire for the meeting?

Business casual is appropriate for all meeting functions. Formal evening wear is the suggested attire for the gala awards dinner.

What is this year's theme?

When will the Sales Meeting app be available for download?

The Sales Meeting app will be available for download closer to the event date. You will be notified accordingly.
