Extending Successful US Relationship to Australia
SYDNEY, Australia [March 5, 2020] – Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, today announced it has appointed Tech Data as a distributor of Vertiv‘s full portfolio of power, cooling and IT infrastructure solutions and services in Australia.
Tech Data is one of the world’s largest tech distributors and has been named one of FORTUNE's "World's Most Admired Companies" for the last 11 years. Vertiv and Tech Data already work closely together in the US, and the Australian relationship is a natural extension to that partnership.

Tech Data – and its IT partners – will have access to Vertiv’s full product portfolio from single-phase UPS, such as the recently released Vertiv™ Liebert® GXT5 uninterruptible power supply, to a fully modular solution, Vertiv™ SmartRow™, and racks and cooling solutions.

In addition to appointing Tech Data, Vertiv will continue to work with specialist distributors Comsol, on the Avocent range of consoles and switches, and Orion in the mechanical and electrical sectors.
