Background
Syarikat Air Darul Aman (SADA) Sdn. Bhd. ensures the delivery of clean, quality water to the residents of Kedah in Malaysia. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kedah Darul Aman and is the successor to the Kedah Water Supply Department, which was incorporated on January 1, 2010. SADA’s mission is to provide clean water, abiding by the standards set by the World Health Organization.

SADA wanted to build a new data centre which will be housed in its new building in Alor Setar. However, the data centre room was not very spacious, thus the customer needed a solution with a small footprint but powerful to support its IT requirements throughout the region. In addition, SADA wanted an infrastructure with a low total cost of ownership and high energy savings, without compromising on efficiency and availability. “We were looking for a solution that can be quickly deployed so our business operations would not be hampered,” said Muahamad Fauzi B.
